Our pigment ink for DTP is formulated by several engineers of dying and printing, also ink manufacture experts for five years R&D. It is different from the products of BASF/CIBA/Dupont. We choose nano pigment as the colorant and special colophony as the additive. So the fabric need not be pre-treated of sizing for this special colophony turns into film in a certain temperature and achieve exceptional fastness. The film of special colophony is flexible, so the handle of fabric is very soft. We only suggest you doing sizing when the fabric is made of long fibre which has good osmosis and leads to rough edge. You can print on normal cotton and cotton/poly blend directly.
Our pigment ink for DTP is formulated on our abundant experiences of inkjet ink also. Until now, our pigment ink for imaging and printing industry takes main share in China. Though it is not for DTP, we have more test methods and experiences to ensure the quality of pigment ink for DTP. We guarantee the shelf life and fluency of our ink, also not to clog your print head.
