Petalite is one of Lithium aluminum silicate. Comparing other ceramic raw material, our petalite has many extra-ordinary characteristic and are exported regularly to Japan and Taiwan market
1. low Fe content
2. high whiteness: brightness of finished products about 90 to 95 degree.
3. higher Li2O content. It can lower heat-expansion coefficient, decrease viscosity of flux, lower sintering temperature, shorten time of sintering and molting and improve density and strength of products. It is special usable used in manufacturing the products of high strength, high heat resistance, high anti-bumping properties.
4. Petalite has wider temperature scope of sintering temperature between 1180 and 1460 degree centigrade. It makes to control the technique of sinter ceramic helpful. |
