Scope of application:
adapt to calcium carbide furnace, yellow phosphorus furnace, ferroalloy furnace and all types of electric furnace.
Characteristics:
The parts made by vacuum casting have high copper purity ,good thermal conductivity and long service life.
There are hardly any defects such as gas hole, loose, blowholes in the castings.
Technological parameter:
Chemical composition: Cu≥99.9% O≤30PPm H≤1.0PPm.
Pressure test: Test hydraulically at 1.5Mpa for minimum 30mins. No leakage or sweating permitted.
X-Ray Detection: according to GB3323-87 Ⅰ-Ⅱ standard
