Looking for Serious HMS(Rail) Supplier
We need large volume of HMS 1&2(80:20), HMS 1(100%), Used Rail,
Scraps of Aluminium and Copper yearly.
Sales & Purchases will be conducted based on the international procedures.
and the following:
1. Seller offers photgraph of scraps,purchase agreement and complete
specification. if we accept the price.
2. We sign the purchase contract.
3. Seller posts 2 % Operative PB (or 2% Non Operative PB)
4. We issue the 100% LC, ( or non-operative 100% L/C activate
the Non-operative 2% PB simultaneously).
5. We inspect the cargo at the load port
6. Shipment commences
