With the adoption of C-glass or E-glass balls as its raw materials, this glass fiber yarn has been treated in platinum bushing high-temperature furnaces. We are in a position to offer glass fiber yarns of various specifications or twists according to customers requirements. Due to its properties (insulation, fireproof, softness,
etc) glass fiber yarn is mainly used for the manufacture of various insulation products, waterproof products and glass fiber products.
Our glass fiber yarns are divided into eight types:
1. Roving For HOBAS Pipes: specially designed as reinforcement for FRP products of various HOBAS pipes in the centrifugal casting process. HOBAS pipes reinforced with HOBAS roving have
higher strength and better surface smoothness. Roving For HOBAS Pipes has HS622and HS632.
2. Filament Winding Roving: is used in filament wound pipes, pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks, and other complicated parts. It has two elements: Non-alkali glass & Mid-alkali glass. There are FW244, FW266, FW284, and FW286 in the non-alkali pool capital yarn. There is FW258 in Non-alkali Single Yarn. There are FW299, FW255, FW261, FW265, and FW269 in mid-alkali pool capital yarn.
3. Single End Roving: designed as reinforcement for thermos resins used in filament winding and pultrusion processes, hand lay-up and
woven roving products. The end products are filament wound pipes, pressure vessels,structural shapes, boats, chemical storage tanks,
etc.
4. Panel Roving: specially designed as reinforcement for continuous laminate production processes.
5. Pultrusion Roving: designed as reinforcement for thermo-set resins used in pultrusion processes for various structural shapes such as
tent rods, oil-sucking rods, cableways, and ladders, etc. It can be divided in two kinds type: non-alkali product & mid-alkali product.
Non-alkali Single yarn has PL388 and pool capital yarn PL312. Mid-alkali products have pool capital yarn PL363.
6. Roving For Sheet Molding Compounds (SMC roving): specially designed as reinforcement for thermo-set resins used in sheet molding compounds to produce automobile and truck components such as fenders, doors, shells, seats, and water storage tanks and sporting goods, etc. Its SM416 and SM433 is structural SMC. Its SM452 is
surface SMC.
7. Roving for Thermoplastics: designed as reinforcement for pultrusion processes to make thermoplastic products. It has RP950, RP930, RP988, RP960 and so on.
8. Spray Up Roving: designed to achieve excellent performance for spray up molding of fiberglass reinforced thermo-set plastic products such as boat shells, tub-shower units, storage tanks, pipes automotive parts and cooling towers, etc. Non-alkali Spray Up Roving has SP104, SP116, SP118, SP128, and SP130. Mid-alkali Spray Up Roving has SP113, SP115and SP125.
We can supply 15,000MT of fiberglass yarn and 12,000,000 square meters of fiber glass mesh and cloth annually. |
